Gym entrepreneur Kari Karhu (left) and Ilkka Hirvonen, the entrepreneur behind Led Future, who designed UVC lights for the Energy gym in Kuopio, have launched a pilot project for a radiation-based disinfection method. They estimate it to be the first of its kind used in sports halls worldwide, starting in Kumpusaari.
